The EmpowerHer Project is a European initiative led by the University of Valencia (Faculty of Physiotherapy) in collaboration with universities, technology partners, oncologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and women’s associations across Europe.
The project aims to co-design a digital and community-based programme that supports women who have undergone breast cancer through exercise, education, and social connection. The multidisciplinary approach of EmpowerHer aims to address barriers and physical complications that often remain under-recognised in traditional exercise or wellness programmes.
This survey is part of the project’s research and aims to gather the perspectives of women who are undergoing or have undergone breast cancer. Your participation will help us make sure that the EmpowerHer programme truly reflects real needs and contribute to creating evidence-based, practical tools for health and quality of life.
The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will remain anonymous and confidential. The data you provide will be stored securely and used only for research purposes as part of the EmpowerHer project, in accordance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
